The Program
A Lifetime of Love
Our Lifetime of Love premarital course grew out of years, and thousands of hours, spent helping couples through every imaginable challenge.
What became very clear in our work, was that couples who built, repaired, and relied on their connection to each other thrived. Those who couldn’t, didn’t.
It was deceptively simple, and difficult to pull off. Especially if they didn’t have a solid foundation to begin with.
We developed this program to give engaged couples that strong foundation, so that when life threw the inevitable curveball, they were ready.
We combed through decades of clinical research to understand the key dynamics that drive couple interactions, and the skills needed to make positive change. Then we honed those techniques with the help of hundreds of engaged and newlywed couples. The result is, we believe, the most comprehensive marriage prep program available.
How to Build a Better Marriage:
Lesson One: Lay Your Foundation in Friendship
Lesson Two: Build Positive Connection
Lesson Three: Communicate your Wants, Needs, Hopes & Dreams
Lesson Four: Grow Closer Through Conflict
Lesson Five: Create a Culture of We
Lesson Six: Find Strength in Adversity & Invest in a Shared Future
At the heart of the program is a simple bridge, connecting two people. Building a marriage that lasts a lifetime is a process of building that bridge with enough strength and flexibility to weather any storm that comes.
